Tim’s McEvoy’s love for baseball began at age four, coached by his father on the diamonds of Northwest Detroit. A standout talent from a young age, Tim developed into a stellar prep player at Shrine High School. He went on to play catcher at a collegiate level, where he sharpened his leadership, discipline, and understanding of the game behind the plate- qualities that now define his coaching style. Tim places great value on smart, aggressive baseball- focusing on development, IQ, and discipline. He actively cultivates relationships with college programs throughout Michigan, consistently advocating for his players and keeping them on the radar of recruiters.
